Mathieu Thave is one of those saxophonists who loves to charm his listeners with the elegance and simplicity of his phrases and melodies. Doted with the sensitivity of a certain David Sanborn and Grover Washington Jr., Mathieu delivers us a first album entitled “West Coast” full of Groove and sexyness which reminds us that he shared the stage with the beautiful Lenny Kravitz for a few years.
